Step 2: Check if you meet other requirements:
- Diagnosed and in need of treatment for a biopsy-confirmed breast or cervical cancer, a metastatic or recurrent breast or cervical cancer, or certain pre- cancer conditions
- Uninsured and not otherwise eligible for Medicaid
- Age 18 through 64 (for cervical cancer)
- A Texas resident
- A U.S. citizen or legal immigrant.
- Make less than the monthly family income limits

How do I Apply?
Step 1: Find a location for signing up in Harris County
Step 2: Take these documents with you:
- Doctor’s final report about cancer
- Driver’s license
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
